Check Availability

Property Check-in Service

Whether you are going on a dream cruise or flying south for the winter we are happy to provide home and property security and safety checks while you are away. We can come check-in on your home on a schedule that works for you.

Appliance & utility checks

A critical part of our home check-in service, we provide a visual check of your home utility room to make sure your furnace, hot water tank, water softener, AC unit and pipes are in good working order. Throughout your home, we do a physical check of your refrigerators and freezers to insure they are working correctly. Additionally, we check toilets, sinks and bathtubs, laundry room and dishwasher for any leaks running/dripping water and/or electrical issues.

Outdoor & Outbuilding Checks

We provide a walk around check of the outside of your home as well as an interior and exterior check of your outbuildings (e.g., garage, shop), to insure there is no damage being caused by humans, or wildlife. We ensure all exterior doors and gates are closed and locked.

Mail & Parcel Pick-up

Throughout the course of your vacation, we will pick-up your mail, post office packages and bring your amazon deliveries inside so you can have a gift opening celebration when you get home.

Light Housekeeping

While you are away, we like to make sure your home is clean and tidy when you return. We don’t mind doing the little things that help you stay on top of your home maintenance. We will sweep and spot mop your floors, take out the garbage, fold the laundry that you left in the dryer, unload your dishwasher, wash your dishes, and wipe down your kitchen counters.

Indoor & Outdoor Plants & Garden Care

We love your plants and garden as our own. We provide care for your indoor and outdoor plants as needed, making sure they have the right amount of water, light, and nutrients they need to be beautiful and happy.

Emergency Home Repair Coordination

Should there be any issues with your home, we are happy to coordinate with the appropriate personnel (e.g., Plumber, Electrician, Fire Department, Locksmith etc.) to address and solve any problems that may arise.

Real Estate Sale Support

Are you selling your home? We are available to help you open your home for scheduled viewings and then come in after the showing and close your home up again. Let us help lessen your stress. We will come in and turn on lights, open blinds/curtains, set-up outdoor patios open doors and tidy up before your scheduled viewing. Then we come back after your potential buyers have left; and turn off lights, close doors/blinds and put the patio away.
